Homemade Pizza
I have been wanting to make homemade pizza for a while now, I just haven’t made the time. It’s 7:00 p.m. and I am trying to think hmm what ingredients I have because I’m not trying to leave or order anything. I know I do not have yeast, so I started looking on Pinterest for Homemade Pizza without yeast. I came across this recipe and I definitely believe in giving credit to the rightful owner. I tried looking and I believe the recipe belongs to SuperGoldenBakes. Here is the recipe for the crust only and as for the rest I just followed my taste pallet and what I have in my kitchen.
Pizza Dough Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp virgin olive oil
- ½ cup water
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder (I used baking soda)
- 1 tsp salt
Mix powders and liquids separate then add together and mix.
Sprinkle some flour on the dough mix.
Knead/Flatten the dough and make a light crust edge.
Very lightly add some Virgin olive oil on top
Sauce Ingredients:
- 4 tomatoes
- Oregano (amount is up to you)
- Salt (amount is up to you)
- Pepper (amount is up to you)
- Garlic (amount is up to you)
- Knorr tomato (amount is up to you)
Use a blender to mix all the ingredients.
Pour/Spread onto pizza dough
In a lot of my recipes, you will see “amount is up to you” repeatedly. We all have different taste pallets and what I love to use a lot most of you might not. As I post more recipes whether they are my own or someone else’s with my own twist I will try my best to add exact measurements.
Toppings/Ingredients:
- Feta Cheese
- Ham
- Sausage
- Mushroom
- Jalapenos
I cooked the pizza at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
