Self-Healing

My self-healing journey has been a long one.  Overcoming so many obstacles on a day-to-day basis was very overwhelming.  Now that I look back. I’m amazed I didn’t realize the real cause of all my traumas.  There are so many ways to help overcome your traumas.  I have learned that the best way for me was to talk to someone about it.  It doesn’t matter how many times you talk about the same thing over and over again because each time you do it’s one step closer to healing.  It may take days, it may take months, shit it may even take years!!! But as long as you’re willing to put in the work, you are looking at a better tomorrow.  Before you know it, you will have the power to self-reflect and help yourself heal and move forward.  If you are like me and just like to self-isolate and get away, going for walks/hikes helps even just being outdoors.  We are only human, and we will have setbacks but if you remember to just breathe do something you love.  You too can heal.
