My Pregnancy Journey

As I mentioned in my previous blog I am always, and I mean always nauseas.  So, it was nothing new to me.  But the level of nauseousness I had during my pregnancy was so intense! The only thing that helped were some chewables I got at Clarks.  I was so excited to see what cravings I would have; would they be normal or weird.  Come to find out I would not have any cravings throughout my whole pregnancy.  I hardly ate and ended up losing a lot of weight to the point where I looked sucked up.  I hated talking to people about how I felt because everyone around me never experienced pregnancy the way I did.  I felt alone and misunderstood.  I had crazy random nose bleeds; I would get dizzy standing I couldn’t even shower alone of how bad I felt!  Every time I would shower, I would want to just fall or pass out.  My hair was falling out, I lost a whole fingernail, and I even lost my toenail twice of how fragile I was.  At this point I was freaked out I didn’t know what was happening. I ended up having really bad anemia which explains everything.  I was 8 months pregnant, and you could hardly even tell I was! I was definitely tired all the time and the last month was hard.  I was so ready to give birth!  I was told I would be due on a certain date, but the baby said nope I’m not done cooking.  We ended up getting a date to get induced which was at the 40-week mark.  We ended up having a scare the week before.  The baby wasn’t moving no matter what I did so we ended up going to the hospital just to be safe and thankfully the baby was good!  Fast forward I was really disappointed on how my water didn’t break, I didn’t feel any contractions, or dilate.  We were so ready for a movie moment of me calling my man and being like its time! We went over so many scenarios on what could happen but nope nothing happened until the day I was going to get induced.
